Need:
BCC mammoth
tape drive had expired from warranty and the
renewal cost were extremely expensive.
GST Solution:
GST offered us a 3 year advance
replacement warranty for
roughly the same price that BCC/eStorage was charging
us for a 1 year warranty renewal.
The Result:
A superior
warranty at a third of the BCC/eStorage price. Recently
one of the units cooling fans began making noise and GST's
technical support team promptly sent out a replacement
unit. Everything is working great and we are very happy
with the end result.
