GST Bridges are in our BridgeLink™ family and provide an intelligent, high performance bridge for LVD, HVD, or SE SCSI devices or adapters. This permits older and slower HVD interfaces to communicate with newer LVD tape devices. HVD devices can negotiate at a maximum of 40MB/s whereas LVD devices can communicate at either 160MB/s or 320MB/s.

GST’s SCSI Bridges are available in two models:

1. SCSI Bridge. Desktop.
2. SCSI Bridge. Rackmount.
