The IBM 3582 Model L23 is an entry level Ultrium Tape Library that can accommodate one or two Ultrium 3 or Ultrium 2 Tape drives and comes standard with a one-cartridge I/O station and 23 data cartridge slots, giving a native library capacity of up to 9.6 TB uncompressed data storage (19.2 TB with 2:1 compression).
