GST
provides installation and on-going service for a wide range
of products. The plans described below applies to North American
customers. International customers should contact their GST
representative to discuss international service options.
Technical services includes 24-hour
technical support, equipment maintenance and repair services
to ensure reliability and high-performance of our products
to meet our customers’ requirements.
GST provides five service plans for ongoing maintenance:
24x7x2
A service technician is scheduled to arrive at your location
within two hours after remote problem determination is completed.
We provide service around the clock, every day, including
GST holidays.
24x7x4
A service technician is scheduled to arrive at your location
within four hours after remote problem determination is
completed. We provide service around the clock, every day,
including GST holidays.
9x5x4
A service technician is scheduled to arrive at your location
within four hours after remote problem determination is
completed. We provide service from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
in your local time zone, Monday through Friday, excluding
GST holidays. If after 1:00 p.m. it is determined that onsite
service is required, you can expect the service technician
to arrive the morning of the following business day. For
non critical service requests, a service technician will
arrive by the end of the following business day.
9x5xNBD
A service technician is scheduled to arrive at your location
on the business day after we receive your call, following
remote problem determination. We provide service from 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone, Monday through
Friday, excluding GST holidays.
GASP > GST Advanced Shipment
Program
Our GASP program provides a replacement unit shipped to
our customer site free of charge. Once customer contacts
GST Technical Support, if GST determines that a replacement
unit is the best course of action, a replacement unit is
shipped to the customer to arrive in most cases within two
working days. The customer or GST-certified installer performs
the product replacement. The replaced unit is then cross-shipped
back to GST in the shipping carton provided.
GST provides two service plans for product installation:
24x7 Installation
This fee-based plan provides for a GST-certified installer
to perform the entire installation process. This service
is billed annually.We provide service around the clock,
every day, including GST holidays.
9x5 Installation
This fee-based plan provides for a GST-certified installer
to perform the entire installation process. This service
is billed annually.We provide service from 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. in your local time zone, Monday through Friday,
excluding GST holidays.
